Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join The Catalyst Group in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching marketing visuals, print materials, and innovative product designs/packaging across group ventures. If you have hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Canva, banner/bundle designs, and product design concepts, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Design social media posts, banners, flex, hoardings, and marketing collaterals (bundles/posters).
- Create product packaging, product labels, 2D/3D product mockups, and layout designs.
- Deliver fast and accurate design output using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Create social media templates, stories,



and quick graphics on Canva.
- Understand client/internal project requirements and develop creative product and brand concepts accordingly.
- Prepare print-ready files (CMYK color format, proper scaling, bleed settings, and die-lines for packaging).
- Enhance overall brand communication through innovative design concepts.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and product/packaging design.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva (Mandatory).
- Product Design Expertise: Experience in product mockups, box/label packaging, and physical product visual representation.
- Specialized Expertise: Practical experience in designing banners, flex, and product bundles/posters.
- Design Fundamentals: Good understanding of layouting, color theory, typography, and structural dimensions.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and product design/packaging work.
- Location: Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work on-site in Jaipur.
