- Manage end-to-end operations for international FIT and small group holiday packages.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local suppliers.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, travel documents, and client travel kits.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking until the client's return.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Visa, and Accounts teams for smooth tour execution.
- Monitor travel schedules and ensure timely delivery of all travel-related services.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
- Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and travel operations.




- Experience handling FIT and group tour operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of visa processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
