Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative and engaging social media content ideas.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
- Research current trends, viral content formats, hashtags, and audience interests.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the video editing, graphic design, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platform algorithms and trends.
- Experiment with new content strategies and continuously improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent knowledge of current social media trends.




- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong eye for engaging content.
- Understanding of analytics such as reach, engagement, impressions, views, and conversions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media growth.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.
