Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with cake orders, customization requests, pricing, and delivery information.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records and order details accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Manage order updates and communicate delays or changes professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, bakery, or food industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of social media messaging platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
