Job Description

Knooviq Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with new clients during the onboarding process.
- Collect and verify required client information and documents.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Address basic client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Follow company processes and compliance requirements.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Prepare onboarding reports and update internal systems.

Requirements

- 0–6 months of experience in client onboarding, customer support, operations, or business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional and client-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
