- HR Manager – Key Responsibilities,

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflicts professionally
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulations
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
- Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and reports
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
- Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, health, and safety standards
- Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

- Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
