We deliver ROV-based inspection, unmanned surface vehicle (USV) surveys, and applied marine technology services to clients across the oil & gas, ports & maritime, and offshore renewables sectors. Our team combines field engineering with contemporary expertise in sensor integration, computer vision, and machine learning to deliver data-driven subsea services.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Lead / Technical Project Lead to lead embedded hardware and power electronics product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mixed-signal hardware design, embedded systems, power electronics, product validation, and technical leadership. This role requires ownership of multiple projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple product development projects and own delivery from requirements to production.
- Define system architecture, hardware design, validation, and product release activities.
- Prepare and review System Specifications, Functional Specifications, DFMEA, DVP, Test Specifications, and technical documentation.
- Manage system BOM, engineering changes, and product lifecycle activities.
- Review and approve circuit topology, component selection, hardware design, validation results, and product release documents.
- Lead technical design reviews and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, procurement,



and supplier teams.
- Work with external hardware vendors, PCB manufacturers, and COTS board suppliers.
- Support prototype builds, manufacturing, production transfer, and product launch.
- Drive cost optimization (VAVE), continuous improvement, and adoption of current technologies.
- Mentor engineers, establish design standards, and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate project status, manage technical risks, and ensure on-time project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware product development.
- Experience in delivering at least two complete product development cycles.
- Strong expertise in mixed-signal hardware and power electronics design.
- Experience in sensor-based systems (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.).
- Good knowledge of EMI/EMC design, validation, and debugging.
- Experience working with embedded hardware and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with MATLAB, LTspice, Altium, cadence or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, VAVE, and product certification processes.
- Experience working with global customers and external design partners.
