· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

· Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the production schedule.

· Analyze production performance and identify delays or disruptions.

· Investigate the root causes of production delays and implement corrective actions.

· Revise production plans based on material availability, capacity, and priorities.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Track production targets and prepare production status reports.

· Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.
