Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Attend patient enquiries and provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and procedures.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Make follow-up calls to patients as required.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding patient queries and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Respond to patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Promote hospital services and assist in generating patient enquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, hospital, healthcare, or front-office operations will be preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Shift Timings: 9 am - 6 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
