Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial leasing, corporate sales, B2B sales, or commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage commercial leasing leads through corporate outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.

- Identify suitable office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and commercial properties based on client requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.

- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful closures between landlords and tenants.

- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for LOIs, lease agreements, and transaction documents.

- Maintain accurate records of clients, property inventory, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM.

- Stay updated with Gurgaon commercial real estate trends, rentals, vacancies,



and new project launches.

- Achieve monthly leasing, revenue, and business development targets.

- Provide excellent client service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of the Gurgaon commercial real estate market is preferred.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to interact with CXOs, business owners, startups, and corporate clients.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
