Role Description:

In office role based in Mumbai

Daily tasks include:

- supervising children’s activities
- supporting their routines (meals, hygiene, rest)
- engaging them in educational and creative play that promotes development
- collaborate with parents or guardians to follow established schedules and care guidelines
- observe children’s behavior, and communicate any concerns promptly and clearly
- play games, maintain a clean and child-friendly environment, and support emotional well-being through positive interaction and encouragement.

Qualifications

- 12th Standard / Diploma / Undergraduate
- Read, Write English (Speaking Preferred)
- Should know how to use a smart phone to order groceries, book cab, etc.




- Should be patient and calm while managing children’s needs and behavior
- Prior experience in child care, early education, or related roles is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework or training in childcare, psychology, education, or related fields is beneficial.
