Site Engineer – Commercial & Residential Buildings (2–5 Years Experience)

Location: Chennai

We are hiring a Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in commercial and residential building projects, including interior fit-out works. Candidates should have a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering and experience in site execution.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and schedule.

Handle civil works – RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, etc.

Oversee interior works – flooring, and joinery.

Coordinate with MEP, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely work progress.

Manage labour, materials, and daily site reports.

Assist in billing and measurement documentation.

Communicate with architects and engineers for site clarifications.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in building construction and interiors.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work at site locations across Chennai.
