Key Responsibilities
- Handle Retail, Wholesale & HoReCa billing through ERP/POS.
- Manage cash, UPI, card and credit transactions accurately.
- Tally daily collections with system sales and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with store and packing teams for accurate order fulfilment.
- Handle returns, billing corrections and customer billing queries.
- Maintain billing records and daily cash/sales reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Billing/Cashier/POS
- Grocery/Retail/FMCG experience preferred
- Basic computer & ERP/POS knowledge; Zoho preferred
- Malayalam & English required; Hindi is a plus
- Age: Preferably 20–35 years
- Valuable numerical, communication and customer-service skills
- Honest, accurate and responsible
Salary: As per experience/company norms
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
