Accounts Executive – Textile Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for a textile manufacturing and trading business in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime
- Record purchase, sales, receipts and payment entries
- Handle GST, e-invoicing and related accounting work
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain debtors and creditors accounts
- Prepare outstanding and receivable reports
- Follow up on pending customer payments and maintain proper records
- Maintain stock and inventory accounting and reconciliation
- Check invoices and supporting documents
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS and other statutory requirements




- Prepare regular accounting reports for management
- Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Practical knowledge of GST and e-invoicing
- Experience in reconciliation and outstanding management
- Textile/manufacturing/trading experience preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Honest, responsible and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
