Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 0.5- 3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client communication.
- Manage follow-ups with existing clients such as wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Support in onboarding current customers and handling incoming leads.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for order processing and delivery updates.
- Assist in cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
- Support marketing activities including campaign coordination and social media support.




- Prepare basic sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:

- 0.5 - 3 years in sales, marketing, or operations role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
