What You’ll Do:

- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp & online platforms
- Assist customers with product & order-related queries
- Track orders, returns & exchanges
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive customer experience

We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills
Customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Good Hindi & English communication
