- Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle accounting entries in Tally, including purchase, sales, bank, journal, receipt, payment and expense transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain vendor and customer outstanding records, track due payments and receipts, and coordinate timely follow-ups.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, purchase/sales documents and supporting financial records in an organized manner.
- Bank & Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations, identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- GST, TDS & Compliance Support: Assist with GST and TDS workings, statutory documentation, audits and compliance activities under the guidance of the Finance Manager/CA.
- Financial Reporting: Support preparation of periodic reports such as P&L;, cash flow, payables/receivables, sales, purchases and other finance summaries.




- Employee & Payroll Support: Maintain employee documentation, attendance and leave records, and provide accurate inputs required for payroll processing.
- Coordination: Coordinate with employees, vendors, CA/consultants and internal teams to collect information, resolve queries and complete assigned activities.
- Ownership & Accuracy: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify discrepancies or errors proactively, maintain confidentiality and ensure timely closure.
- Learning & Development: Build solid accounting and finance knowledge through hands-on work, feedback and continuous learning, gradually taking independent ownership of additional finance responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
