Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Couture Hand Embroidery Artisan to join our premium women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hand embroidery techniques and a strong understanding of couture craftsmanship.

The candidate will be responsible for executing intricate embroidery work on garments, ensuring exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute couture hand embroidery on garments according to design specifications.

· Work with embroidery materials such as cutdana, sequins, pearls, crystals, stones, beads, zari, threads, and appliqués.

· Interpret embroidery layouts, artwork, and technical design sheets.

· Prepare embroidery frames and fabric for handwork.

· Maintain consistency in embroidery placement, patterns, and finishing.

· Collaborate with fashion designers, pattern masters, and sampling teams.

· Ensure all embroidery work meets luxury-quality standards.

· Repair and modify embroidery during the sampling and production stages.

· Maintain embroidery tools, materials, and workstations.

· Complete assigned work within production timelines.





Required Skills

· Expertise in couture hand embroidery techniques.

· Strong knowledge of cutdana, aari, zardozi, beadwork, pearl work, crystal work, and sequin embroidery.

· Excellent hand-finishing skills.

· Ability to work with delicate fabrics such as silk, velvet, organza, net, tulle, and satin.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to follow design instructions accurately.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in couture hand embroidery.

· Experience working with premium women’s western wear, evening wear, or couture garments.

· Knowledge of luxury garment construction is preferred.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in bridal couture and luxury fashion.

· Experience working with sampling and production teams.

· Familiarity with contemporary embroidery techniques and embellishment trends.
