Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Field Executive / Runner to handle day-to-day outdoor and official work of the company. The candidate will be responsible for document collection and submission, bank work, courier handling, purchases, and other field-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, vendors, customers, and other locations for official work.

· Submit and collect company documents, invoices, cheques, letters, samples, and other materials.

· Handle bank deposits, cheque submission/collection, and routine banking work as assigned.

· Collect and deliver documents/materials between the office, factory, vendors, and customers.

· Coordinate with courier and transport agencies for dispatch and collection.

· Purchase office, factory, stationery, or other required materials as instructed.

· Ensure all documents and materials are delivered safely and on time.

· Maintain proper records of documents/materials collected and delivered.

· Submit bills, receipts, acknowledgement slips,



and other supporting documents to the concerned department.

· Coordinate with HR, Admin, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments for field requirements.

· Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.

· Perform other outdoor and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

· 10th / 12th Pass/graduate preferred.

· Valid two-wheeler and driving licence is mandatory.

· Valuable knowledge of city and industrial areas.

· Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and Ability to communicate with vendors, customers, banks and offices.

· Responsible, punctual, honest, and disciplined.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple field tasks and complete work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
