KRA – Network Engineer L2 – IT/OT, Security & ELV

Brief: Responsible for providing end-to-end IT support covering networking (wired and wireless), cybersecurity, and audio-video (AV) systems.

The Role Includes:

1. Execution – Self and team of L1

2. Configuration – Self and With Team of L1

3. Documentation – Self

4. Tech-Support - Extend Support to Onsite & L1 engineers

5. FMS Support – Extend Support to Onsite engineers

6. AMC Support - Extend Support to Onsite & L1 engineers Ongoing support for IT infrastructure across campus and enterprise environments.

Action Plan: 1. Remote & In office Support ( As per Need Travelling required) o Provide timely technical assistance for network, cybersecurity, and AV issues. o Coordinate with site teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
2. Configuration & Implementation o Configure and deploy network switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. o Set up cloud and on-premises network and security solutions.



o Install and configure audio-video equipment including conferencing systems.
3. Documentation o Maintain configuration records, network diagrams, and support documentation. o Prepare incident and resolution reports for recurring issue analysis. Supported Makes: ( As On Today And It May add as and when required to business)

4. Networking: Cisco, Extreme, Fortinet, Aruba, HP, etc. ( IT & OT ) 2. Firewall & Security: Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Palo Alto. 3. Audio-Video Systems: Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Extron, and equivalent.

4. ELV IP Devices – All IP enabled devices Solutions Covered: Campus LAN and Wireless Setup (Core, Distribution & Access Layer) Cloud and On-Prem Network Configuration Cybersecurity Configuration & Policy Management Audio-Video Integration and Support for Meeting Rooms & Auditoriums

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
