Position: Customer Experience Advisor

US Shift: Two-way cab facility

APAC & UK Shift: One-way pickup facility

Shift Timing- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST

We are looking for Customer Experience Advisors to join our APAC team. This role combines international customer support and outbound sales, where you will interact with customers and professionals across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and customer queries.

Respond to customer emails through Zendesk.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions and relevant services.

Identify sales opportunities and drive conversions.

Provide product guidance and resolve customer concerns within TAT.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet Customer Experience KPIs.





Manage customer interactions using CRM and ticketing tools.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support – Voice/Email/Chat.

Prior outbound sales experience with lead conversion ability.

Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Good consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

Experience with CRM/Ticketing tools such as Zendesk.

Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.

Robust multitasking and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in an international shift environment.

Self-motivated and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹11,436.69 - ₹53,273.57 per month
