Liberty Immigration Services (libertyimmigration.ca) is a licensed Canadian immigration consulting practice in Surrey, BC, Canada, led by RCIC Vineet Tiwari. Nearly all of our best clients find us on Instagram and TikTok, and we are going all in on organic content: no ads, no growth hacks, real answers to real fears. All our content is in English.

Significant: This is a permanent night-shift role aligned to Pacific Time (Canada), 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In IST, that is roughly 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM (March to November) and 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM (November to March). Apply only if you can sustain this with a proper setup.

You will own our organic content engine end to end: research the audience, decide what we post and why, write the scripts our consultant delivers on camera, design the visuals, publish, and learn from the numbers.

Responsibilities

- Research the audience by mining our DMs, comments, and consultation questions for real pain points
- Build the monthly content strategy and calendar for Instagram and TikTok
- Write short-form scripts and hooks for educational content (our consultant is the on-camera talent; you are the pen)
- Design scroll-stopping static posts and carousels in Canva (account provided)
- Create AI-generated images and B-roll using tools like Midjourney and Runway, iterated until they look premium
- Write captions, publish, and schedule all posts
- Deliver a weekly performance readout focused on DMs and consultations booked, not vanity metrics

You will not run paid ads, edit long-form video (basic CapCut trimming is a bonus), or give immigration advice; that is legally restricted to licensed professionals,



and we will train you on the exact boundaries.

Requirements

- 2+ years growing organic short-form content (Reels/TikTok) with proof of what you specifically did
- Strong plain-English writing: hooks, scripts, captions. This is a writing job first
- Canva proficiency, with a portfolio of clean static posts and carousels
- Real AI-generation skill; you can show images or clips you made and the prompts behind them
- Comfort reading analytics beyond follower counts (retention, saves, profile visits, DMs)
- Curiosity to go deep on Canadian immigration; we teach the subject, you bring the questions
- Night-ready setup: reliable high-speed internet with backup, power backup (UPS or inverter), quiet overnight workspace

Nice to have

- Lived familiarity with the Canada journey (IELTS, study permits, PR); you may know this audience personally
- Background in a regulated field (legal, finance, health)

Shortlisted candidates complete a paid trial project (₹5,000) before any offer.
