Admission Counsellor – St.John's Universal high school, Goregaon.

Job Summary:
Responsible for counselling prospective parents and students, handling admission enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth admission experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries from parents through phone calls, walk-ins, email and other channels.
- Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, activities and admission process.
- Understand the needs of parents and recommend the appropriate programme/class.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and maintain the admissions pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, assessments and meetings.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and admission status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.
- Achieve monthly/annual admission targets.
- Participate in school events,



outreach activities and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain professional relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions and admissions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3+ years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales or customer relationship management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
- Presentable, confident and parent-friendly personality.
- Ability to work towards admission/conversion targets.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai school/education sector would be an advantage.

Location: Mumbai. St.John's Universal high school,Goregaon.
Role: Full time, on-site.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
