Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately as per order details.
- Verify product model, quantity, serial number, accessories, and condition before packing.
- Process Amazon FBA and FBM orders, including labeling, scanning, and shipment preparation.
- Print and apply shipping labels and marketplace labels correctly.
- Prepare orders for courier pickup and ensure timely dispatch.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase documents.
- Arrange and maintain products properly in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform stock counting and report inventory shortages or mismatches.
- Record product serial numbers wherever required.
- Handle customer returns and verify returned products against original shipment details.
- Capture packing videos, product images, and return-unboxing evidence when required.
- Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing products and immediately report discrepancies.
- Prepare stock transfers for Amazon fulfilment centres and other warehouses.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, marketplace, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid product damage during transportation.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product organization.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure minimum errors in packing and dispatch.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment operations.
- Amazon FBA / FBM experience will be an advantage.
- Basic computer and Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to use barcode scanners, label printers, and shipping systems.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse work, including standing, packing, moving cartons, and stock handling.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work according to daily order and dispatch timelines.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on operational requirements.

Experience: Freshers can apply. Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse, packing, or dispatch operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
