Job Summary

We are hiring a Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The role includes vendor sourcing, price negotiation, material planning, and ensuring timely delivery as per project schedules. Candidates with interior design, fit-out, or construction material purchase experience will be given preference.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute purchase strategies
- Handle complete purchase cycle from enquiry to order closure
- Source and evaluate suppliers and quotations
- Negotiate best price, quality, and delivery terms
- Ensure timely procurement as per project needs
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and price lists
- Use ERP systems for purchase tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with project and operations teams
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Manage logistics and material movement
- Support and guide purchase team members

Requirements





- Bachelors degree from any recognized university.
- Proven experience in purchase or procurement management or logistics supply chain.
- Experience in supply chain / vendor handling
- Interior or fit-out industry experience is advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory control and MRP systems
- Experience with ERP software (SAP / Oracle EBS or similar)
- Solid negotiation and cost-control skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Capable of working in a fast-paced project environment
- Team handling skills are an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
