About the Role

Amtrix Infotech is hiring Sales Executives for our US-based logistics operations in Mohali.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented individuals who can communicate with US clients, generate business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the US market.
- Make outbound calls and communicate with US-based clients and prospects.
- Introduce and promote logistics and freight-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with international/US clients.
- Strong convincing, negotiation,



and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Previous experience in US logistics, freight forwarding, B2B sales, or international sales is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply if they have strong communication and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift.
