About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative, and energetic Social Media Executive to manage and grow digital channels for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate must be highly camera-confident, ready to host reels/short videos, and skilled in planning engaging content strategies from concept to publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Content & Reel Creation:
- Host, present, and act in engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Brainstorm trending reel concepts, write engaging spoken scripts, and deliver them naturally on camera.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure fast turnaround on video deliverables.
- Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Plan, schedule, and publish weekly/monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write high-converting captions, hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and select strategic hashtags.
- Actively track platform trends, audio trends, and viral formats to quickly adapt client strategies.
- Community Engagement & Growth:
- Engage with the audience by managing DMs, comments, and story interactions to build active communities.




- Collaborate with local influencers and manage brand outreach when needed.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, reel views).
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-backed improvements.

Requirements & Skills

- 1+ year of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing agency workflows.
- Strong on-camera presence, explicit articulation, and confidence presenting in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong copywriting skills for crafting catchy hooks and relatable captions.
- Basic understanding of short-form video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, or InShot) is a solid advantage.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines for multiple client accounts, and stay organized.
