We are looking for a skilled or fresher HMC / VMC Operator to join our Machine Shop team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC HMC/VMC machines and ensuring components are machined as per drawing, process specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate HMC / VMC machines as per approved machining processes and work instructions.
- Set and operate machines for machining of castings and components.
- Ensure correct loading, unloading, tool setting, and component positioning.
- Monitor machining parameters and ensure adherence to process standards.
- Conduct in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Identify and report machining abnormalities, tool wear, dimensional deviations, and other process issues.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety requirements on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth production and quality compliance.





Requirements:

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates with knowledge of HMC / VMC operations.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machining parameters, cutting tools, and offsets will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
