Zero Thoughts Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in social media marketing, branding, performance marketing, creative design, content creation, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer who can transform ideas and marketing concepts into visually engaging designs for our clients.

Job Summary

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, branding, and other digital marketing requirements. You will work closely with the Content, Digital Marketing, Videography, and Operations teams to develop creatives that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posters, advertisements, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines, colours, typography, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with content writers and digital marketers to convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Create multiple design variations based on campaign requirements.
- Make revisions based on internal feedback and client requirements.




- Resize and adapt creatives according to different social media formats.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital advertising formats.
- Organize and maintain project files and design assets properly.
- Ensure all assigned designs are completed within the given deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into an effective design.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle revisions professionally.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Software Skills

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe After Effects – added advantage
- Adobe Premiere Pro – added advantage

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant design skills may also apply.




- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of social media design trends.
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience designing creatives for advertisements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
