We are looking for an AI Automation Architect with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building AI-powered automations, integrations, workflows, and internal business systems.

This is a practical, hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who only creates prompts or uses AI tools casually.

We need a candidate who can understand a business process, identify automation opportunities, design the workflow architecture, integrate APIs and AI models, and build reliable end-to-end automation systems.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Python, APIs, AI models, automation platforms, databases, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and build end-to-end AI automation workflows.
- Integrate AI models and APIs into internal business systems.
- Build automated workflows for data processing, reporting, customer operations, marketing, and other business processes.
- Connect multiple platforms and applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and relevant automation tools.
- Design workflows that include AI agents, LLMs, data sources, APIs, and business logic.
- Build internal tools and dashboards where required.
- Work with structured and unstructured data.
- Implement automation monitoring, error handling, logging, and fallback processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
- Document workflows, APIs, integrations, and technical architecture.
- Work independently with different teams to understand requirements and convert them into automation solutions.

Mandatory Technical SkillsPython & Development

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience building automation scripts and backend workflows.
- Understanding of functions, APIs, asynchronous processes, error handling, and data processing.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask,



or Django is preferred.

APIs & Integrations

- Solid experience working with REST APIs.
- Experience integrating multiple third-party applications.
- Understanding of:
- API authentication
- OAuth
- API keys
- Webhooks
- JSON
- HTTP requests and responses

AI & LLM Integration

Candidates should have practical experience working with one or more:

- OpenAI API
- Anthropic API
- Google Gemini API
- Other LLM or AI model APIs

Experience should include building real workflows using AI models, rather than simply using ChatGPT manually.

Automation Platforms

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- Pipedream
- Similar workflow automation platforms

Databases & Data

- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase, or similar databases.
- Ability to process and transform data.
- Understanding of data flow between applications and systems.

- Design the technical architecture.
- Select the appropriate AI models, APIs, databases, and tools.
- Build the automation.
- Handle errors and edge cases.
- Test and optimize the workflow.
- Document and hand over the solution.
