Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
- Explain vehicle models, offers and finance schemes.
- Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
