Telecalling Executive – Seller Support & Win-Back
Location: Hubli | Payout: ₹12,000–₹15,000
Shift: 9 hours between 8 AM–8 PM | Working: 6 days/week, rotational week-off
Responsibilities
Handle seller queries and resolve issues over calls.
Call sellers who abandoned carts and encourage purchase completion.
Win back inactive customers and encourage them to order.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate & above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling/Telesales
Languages: English & Hindi,Hindi is Mandatory
Excellent communication with no strong mother-tongue influence
Valuable convincing and customer-handling skills
