Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing estimation, BOQ, costing, billing and project cost control for all interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review BOQ, estimates and project costing.

- Check quantities, rates, specifications and tender documents.

- Prepare client quotations and variation/extra-item costing.

- Monitor project budgets and cost against BOQ.

- Verify contractor/vendor measurements and bills.

- Coordinate with Execution, Design, Purchase and Accounts teams.

- Track material quantities, wastage and project profitability.

- Manage RA bills, client billing and final accounts.

- Maintain proper QS documentation and cost reports.

- Lead and monitor the QS/Estimation team.

Education Qualification:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
