Job Description:

Fareocity is hiring an experienced International Travel Consultant for the night shift to handle customers from the USA and Canada markets. The role involves assisting clients with flight bookings, providing the best fare options, and delivering excellent travel support.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in international ticketing, and hands-on knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) for managing reservations and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the USA and Canada.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, fare quotations, and travel inquiries.
- Use Amadeus (GDS) for reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Offer the best available fares, promotions, and travel solutions to customers.
- Upsell additional travel services when applicable.
- Ensure all bookings follow airline rules and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and ticketing operations.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- 1–5 years of experience in international travel sales or ticketing preferred.
- Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) for experienced candidates.
- Valuable understanding of international airfare rules, itineraries, and ticket types.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US and Canada time zones.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
