UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer who can design engaging digital experiences as well as visually appealing marketing creatives for our EdTech products and brand.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain consistency in design, typography, colors, and overall user experience.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability requirements.

Graphic Design

- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Design graphics for company websites, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Create visually engaging content aligned with Techior's brand identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to develop creative designs as required.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Figma and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, typography, colors, and layouts.
- Experience creating responsive web and mobile UI designs.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
- Robust creative and visual communication skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
