Job Description
Skills Required:BGP, VPN Routing & Switching VLAN, Subnetting IP Configuration LAN Troubleshooting Router & Switch Configuration Network Monitoring Windows Support Office 365 & Email Support Printer, Scanner & VC Support Job Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 network support and troubleshooting. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices. Coordinate with ISPs and regional IT teams for issue resolution. Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems. Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, email, and hardware/software issues. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and user requests.
