About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Fashion Consultant to join our kiosk at Palladium. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, providing personalised styling recommendations and driving sales while delivering a premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers visiting the kiosk and create a warm, premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend the right products.
- Drive individual sales targets and contribute to overall kiosk targets.
- Focus on key retail metrics such as Conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity.
- Use CRM/customer data to capture customer information, preferences, purchase history and follow-up opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Proactively follow up with existing customers for current launches, collections, occasions and relevant offers.
- Provide personalised styling and product recommendations.




- Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, materials, pricing and brand story.
- Ensure the kiosk is maintained as per VM, grooming and brand standards at all times.
- Support billing, stock replenishment, inventory checks and other kiosk operations.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the team in achieving daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, communication and customer service.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty or premium lifestyle retail.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
