Job description:

Location: Tiruppur

- Manage and monitor daily e-commerce backend operations across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics teams, and internal departments for order fulfilment
- Track pending orders and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Handle and respond to vendor/platform escalations and follow up until closure.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports related to orders, sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Ensure all backend activities are completed within the agreed SLA/TAT.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of operational activities.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to improve operational efficiency
