Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying: Marking the land, leveling, and mapping out the site layout accurately.
- Quality control: Checking technical designs, drawings, and materials to ensure they meet building standards.
- Technical problem solving: Providing guidance to workers and fixing issues that happen during building.
- Team coordination: Working with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Safety and compliance: Making sure the work area follows health, safety, and legal rules.
- Progress tracking: Writing daily reports and checking that tasks finish on time and within budget
