Job Summary

VTK Industries is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and office-level positions.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, shift, and manpower records.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee personal and statutory records.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace-related concerns.
- Manage employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, and other applicable requirements.
- Support audits and maintain required HR documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment, and attendance.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for manpower planning.




- Monitor disciplinary procedures and support performance management.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Experience handling blue-collar/shop-floor manpower will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle employee grievances professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM / BBA / B.Com or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in manufacturing/automobile industries and exposure to shop-floor HR operations will be preferred.
