About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst – L1 to support financial reporting, business performance analysis, budgeting, cost analysis and day-to-day finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and cost trends.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and variance analysis.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor departmental budgets and highlight variances.
- Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Track actual performance against budgets.
- Analyze production costs and operational expenses.
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock movement.
- Prepare product-wise and department-wise profitability reports.
- Support cost optimization initiatives.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable analysis.
- Support bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Extract and analyze financial data using ERP systems.




- Support automation and improvement of finance reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS or Financial Analysis.
- MBA Finance or M.Com will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH.
- Financial analysis and MIS reporting.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Cost analysis.
- Financial statement interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred: Power Query, Power BI, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics or Tally Prime. Basic SQL knowledge is also preferred.

Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad and available for a face-to-face interview.

Compensation & Growth

₹3–4 LPA, based on experience and skills, along with performance-based appraisal and opportunities for growth opportunities and learning.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
