Key Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot BIB scenarios for HR master and organizational data replication.

Monitor and maintain BADIs related to BIB and resolve production incidents.

Troubleshoot HR Mini Master IDocs, including PA and OM segment processing.

Support custom BADIs for IDoc transfer between S/4HANA and ECC.

Debug, fix, and optimize ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports.

Apply ABAP on Cloud concepts such as RAP and Steampunk where applicable.

Resolve BIB, BADI, and IDoc-related production issues within SLA timelines.





Perform root-cause analysis, testing, and issue resolution with HR functional, Basis, and cross-functional teams.

Provide technical guidance to HR AMS/support teams.

Maintain IDoc configuration, partner profiles, and reporting setup for HR Mini Master data.

Work in ITIL-based AMS processes covering incident, problem, and change management.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual setting.
