Job Summary

We are hiring Electricians – Panel Wiring for our team in Kharadi, Pune. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of electrical panel wiring are preferred.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with ITI/Diploma qualifications in Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical panel wiring and control panel assembly as per electrical drawings and instructions.
- Carry out cable dressing, wire routing, termination, ferruling, and crimping.
- Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
- Perform testing and basic troubleshooting of electrical panels.
- Ensure proper wiring, connections, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and safety during panel wiring activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Support other electrical installation and panel-related activities as required.

Required Skills

- Panel Wiring – Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and components.
- Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of cable termination, ferruling, crimping, and wire routing will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary





Salary will be based on interview performance, skills, and relevant experience.
