Social Media & Content Head

We are looking for a strategic, creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Head to lead our social media department and take complete ownership of our digital presence.

This role goes beyond publishing posts. You will develop the strategy, lead the team, improve content quality, build engaged communities and deliver measurable brand growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the social media and content team
- Develop social media and content strategies aligned with business goals
- Own the content calendar, from ideation and production to publishing and analysis
- Create content pillars, campaign concepts and platform-specific formats
- Guide graphic designers, copywriters, video editors and content shoot
- Assign work, review output and ensure quality and deadlines
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Identify relevant trends and convert them into original content opportunities
- Grow reach, engagement, followers, community and qualified leads
- Plan influencer, creator and brand collaborations
- Monitor comments, messages, audience sentiment and brand reputation
- Analyse performance and improve strategies using data and insights
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, design and leadership teams

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of relevant social media and content experience
- Proven experience managing a social media or content team
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Demonstrated success in growing brands or social media accounts
- Strong campaign planning,



storytelling and content-strategy skills
- Ability to evaluate copy, design and video content critically
- Understanding of platform algorithms, trends and audience behaviour
- Experience using analytics to make strategic decisions
- Strong leadership, communication and project-management skills
- Ability to remain hands-on while leading the department

Portfolio and case studies are mandatory

- Measurable results achieved

Location and interview requirements

- This is an in-person role based in Gurugram
- Candidates must be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon) or a nearby area
- Candidates should be able to commute conveniently to our office
- Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at our Gurugram office

- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with video-first content and production planning
- Experience managing multiple brands or business categories

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
