About the Role

Procurement sits at the intersection of product, design, finance & warehouse operations. This internship gives you a front-row view into how UniSeoul discovers products, sources from suppliers, negotiates prices, and ensures the right items reach the right store on time.

Key Responsibilities

● Support sourcing of current products and vendors across categories

● Assist in communication with suppliers — pricing, samples, follow-ups

● Track sample approvals, quality checks & feedback loops

● Assist in creating POs, price sheets & category-wise cost comparisons

● Maintain procurement trackers, shipment timelines & delivery logs

● Help analyse product trends, demand patterns & competitor offerings

● Coordinate with warehouse for stock-in, QC, product placement & GRNs

● Support documentation for vendor agreements & procurement approvals

Skills & Must-Haves

● Strong communication & coordination skills

● Solid Excel knowledge

● Curious mindset + interest in lifestyle & Korean-inspired products

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
