We are looking for a Retail Apprentice – Curio Shop to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Curio Shop. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling product sales, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests/customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain product features, prices, and details to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable souvenirs, handicrafts, gifts, and other curio items.
- Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and sales documentation accurately.
- Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
- Arrange and display merchandise attractively.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Curio Shop.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
- Monitor fast-moving and low-stock items and report the same to the supervisor.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays.
- Follow company policies,



safety procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and billing procedures.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain product displays and shop standards.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Good grooming and skilled appearance.

Eligibility

- Candidates pursuing or having completed 12th/ITI/Diploma/Degree in Retail, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates enrolled under an Apprenticeship Program are preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month
