We are looking for an experienced Coal Dispatch Manager to manage end-to-end coal dispatch operations through road and rail logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily coal dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with mines, transporters, railway sidings, stockyards, and customers.
- Monitor vehicle movement, loading/unloading, and timely deliveries.
- Manage dispatch documentation (E-way Bills, invoices, weighbridge slips, transit permits, etc.).
- Prepare daily MIS reports and ensure stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with mining and transport regulations.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in coal trading, mining, or bulk logistics.
- Robust knowledge of coal dispatch, fleet management, and transport coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
