We are seeking a motivated Sales Telecalling Agent to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, guiding customers through our latest footwear collections, answering queries about sizing and materials, and closing sales over the phone. - Outbound Sales: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote recent arrivals, seasonal discounts, and exclusive offers on footwear.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs by asking the right questions regarding fit, style preference, and usage (e.g., running, office, party) to recommend the perfect pair of shoes.
- Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, verifying addresses, and explaining payment options securely.




- Follow-ups: Re-engage leads who showed interest but did not complete a purchase, addressing any hesitations regarding price, size availability, or delivery.
- Customer Support: Handle basic inquiries regarding return policies, exchange processes, and tracking orders to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
- CRM Management: Accurately record call details, customer feedback, and sales outcomes in our CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call volume metrics.

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month
