Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to handle sales and business development for plastic caps used in the perfume and cosmetics industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, managing key clients, achieving sales targets, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote plastic caps for perfume and cosmetic packaging.

Identify and onboard new clients such as perfume manufacturers, cosmetic brands, and packaging companies.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements related to design, quality, MOQ, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Handle client visits, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in plastic products, packaging, perfume accessories, or cosmetics components.

Strong understanding of plastic injection molding products (caps, closures, accessories preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage key accounts.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage)
