Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D; Manager to drive the complete embedded software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize embedded systems that are scalable, reliable, and performance-driven, ensuring seamless integration with hardware platforms and commercial deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- · Design, develop, test and maintain embedded software using Embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers such as STM 32, & other ARM-based platforms.
- · Develop firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems, ensuring high performance, safety and stability.
- · Evaluate and select components, vendors and manufacturing partners; manage BOM and cost optimization
- · Work on communication protocols such as UART,SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus etc.
- · Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- · Integrate and implement various hardware components and other peripherals.
- · Debug and troubleshoot embedded software and hardware integration issues.
- · Optimize code for performance, memory usage and system stability.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, QA, Electrical, Mechanical) for seamless hardware-software integration and to develop cohesive, production-ready systems.
- · Support proto type development and production-level software implementation.
- · Assist Production and Service teams in troubleshooting field issues.
- · Maintain version control and software backups.
- · Develop and maintain test plans, test case and test reports.
- · Analyze logs, identify defects, and coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
- · Develop device drivers, interface and control logic.




- · Participate in continuous improvement and new technology implementation.
- · Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- · Conduct troubleshooting, validation and performance testing of embedded systems and device prototypes.
- · Support production, field trial and iterative improvements in deployed devices.
- · Ensure compliance with applicable standards (EMI/EMC, RoHS, CE and others as required).
- · Review and approve technical documentation, test plans and design validation reports.
- · Develop product from scratch, PCB layout, firmware and complete product cycle.
- · Complete documentation from scratch to production as per the ISO standard.
- · Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommended option where relevant.
- · Perform end-to-end validation of embedded firmware and device functionalities.
- · Participate in requirement analysis and QA process improvements.

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or related field.

Experience:

- · 14+ years of hands-on experience in electronics product development
- · Experience in industrial automation or electronics product development preferred.
- · Familiarity with 8-bitand 32-bit Mcu like Atmel, Microchip, Renesas, Cypress, Nuvoton & Arm Cortex.
- · Solid understanding of sensor integration, motor control and communication protocols (UART,SPI,I2C MOD BUS, CAN BUS, USB etc.).




- · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
- · Listening, communicating information accurately and actively seeking feedbacknon-defensively.
- · Solid programming experience in C & Proven experience in embedded systems design,
- · Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components.
- · ProficiencyinPCBdesigntools(AltiumDesigner,KiCAD,Eagle,OrCADorequivalent)
- ·ProficiencyinfirmwarewritingIDEtools(NuEclipse,KeilC51,MPLABX.ModusToolbox,PSoCCreator STM32CubeIDE e² studio or equivalent)
- · Proficiency in 8051 ARM cortex, PIC, Renesas, Nuvoton Cypress, Power electronics and other design software for creating schematic drawings.
- · Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, or sensor systems
- · Robust leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- · Experience in industrial-grade product development.
- · Support procurement with technical specifications, vendor technical evaluation, and coordinate with service engineers.
- · Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
